I noticed it last time I washed. I finally have a free Saturday to diagnose. No visible cracks anywhere. On to the moisture test.

Good luck, I found the best solution to moisture in my headlight was just to move somewhere with less moisture. My Miata had headlight sealing issues in NJ. I tried a few different sealants that sort of worked. Did the oven bake method. Still had some fogging on wetter days. Now I’m in Los Angeles and the problem has completely gone away. Never experience any fogging anymore.

I’ve had good luck resealing with the clear flowable silicone. It’s messy though and will run for a good amount so positioning of the light is important while it cures. You can also put a desiccant packet or two in the housing after you get it all sealed up. Might help for the minor moisture issues. Also make sure the gaskets are all seated properly and the vents are in place.

im in AZ and have never had this issue before. I just noticed it the last two times I washed the car. I pulled it out and sealed it all up with silicone. hopefully it stays dry now.

I spent the day re-siliconing it and I think it will be good to go now.
